Event Registration

Quick Web Ltd have a great deal of experience of development, maintenance and ongoing support for a large trainign event registration site. Over the last seven years, this has involved migrating the site from classic ASP to the .NET Framework, and also adding advanced features such as waitlisting, seat counting , multiple timeslot registration and fully customisable skins.

On the adminstration side, full reports on an event-by-event basis and restricted access to certain elements of the registration data ensure that the teams running the events have a full view of who is coming to which event.

Our grid registration enables us to create an event layout using XML to define how many days an event spans, how many streams for each day and how many sessions per day. These session can then be defined as mandatory or optional, and other rules applied (such as the delegate must attend a session for every time period available). Finally, we can then define how many registrations we can take for each individual session. As the session fill up, the grid will update itself, thus ensuring that you don't over book and disappoint delegates. This system has been used in a commercial environment for some time now, and provides an excellent framework for your own requirements, based on years of experience.
